For exhibitors

Your booth starts the conversation.
Your website finishes it.

Nobody signs at the booth. They take the card, get on a plane, and look you up on a phone three days later with fourteen other exhibitors in the same tab group. Whatever they find then is what the show was actually worth.

We build and run the website and search side of that, month over month, for companies who spend real money to be in the hall.

Free. No call required, and we’ll tell you if the site’s already fine.

At the boothThey like you.
That nightThey search your name on hotel wifi.
Day threeThey compare you to the other booths they liked.
Week twoSomebody gets the purchase order. It’s whoever still looked credible.
What usually goes wrong

The booth works. The follow through leaks.

None of this is exotic. It’s the same four holes on most exhibitor sites we look at, and all four are cheaper to close before the show than after it.

The booth traffic lands on your home page

They saw one product in the hall. The home page shows them everything you have ever made and asks them to go find it again.

It’s slow on a phone on bad wifi

Convention center and hotel connections are the worst network conditions your site will ever face, and they’re exactly where it gets judged.

The form goes somewhere nobody is watching

During show week the inbox that receives leads is the one nobody has open. A day of silence is enough to lose a warm one.

Nothing’s counted, so the show can’t be defended

When somebody asks whether the show paid for itself, the honest answer is usually a shrug and a feeling. That’s a hard way to get next year’s budget.

The pre show site check

A person looks at your site. Not a scanner.

You send the address and your next show date. We go through the site the way one of your buyers would after the hall closes, then send back what we’d fix first and what we’d leave alone.

  • What a buyer sees in the first five seconds on a phone, which is where most of them start.
  • Whether the page your booth traffic lands on matches what you actually showed them in the hall.
  • How the site behaves on a slow connection, measured rather than guessed.
  • Where your forms go, how fast anyone answers, and what happens to a lead that arrives on a Saturday.
  • Whether search and the AI assistants can tell what you sell, and who they name instead of you.
  • Whether anything is being counted well enough to tell whether the show paid off.
What it isn’t

Not a forty page automated report with a score on the front. Those measure what a crawler can measure and skip the part where a human decides whether to trust you.

Not a sales call in a trench coat either. If the site’s in good shape we’ll say so, tell you the two things worth doing anyway, and you can get on with your show.

Proof, from a booth company

An ad account that looked healthy and was not

Exhibit Boss sells trade show booths, so their buyers behave like yours. Conversion tracking pointed at the wrong ID, which meant real leads vanished from the reports while junk registered as wins. Underneath sat nine blocked keyword lists built up over years by different hands, 5,019 entries that were mostly blocking customers. The word “yourself” was filtered out, which quietly killed every search for the self build booths they sell.

86 to 0

genuine buyer searches the old ad filters were blocking, now unblocked. Of 90 junk searches, 89 still are.

28%

of the monthly ad budget was going to one keyword, including a single click that cost $230.

8

leads had arrived through AI assistants, five of them in the previous six weeks, and nobody was counting them.

If you want it handled

The check is free. Keeping it working is a retainer.

Plenty of people take the notes and fix things themselves, and that’s a fine outcome. If you’d rather not, we run the website, search and paid side monthly for a small roster of clients, starting at $750 a month. No setup fee, no twelve month contract, 30 days notice to stop.

Not a website problem? Sometimes the site is fine and the message isn’t, and that’s brand and positioning work rather than ours. We work alongside Brandhaüs, a brand strategy studio in Houston, and we’ll say so when that’s the real problem.
