Privacy Policy
This Gals Design Studio (This Gal’s Design, LLC). Last updated: May 2026
The short version
We collect information you give us, we use it to do the work you hired us for, and we don’t sell it to anyone. That’s it.
Who we are
This Gals Design Studio is operated by This Gal’s Design, LLC. We provide WordPress management, SEO, paid media, and related digital services on a retainer basis.
If you have any questions about this policy, you can reach us at [email protected].
What information we collect
We collect information in two ways: information you give us directly, and information collected automatically when you visit this site.
Information you give us directly includes anything you submit through our contact forms, retainer request form, or discovery call booking, such as your name, email address, phone number, business name, website URL, and any details you include in a message or form field.
If you become a retainer client, we may also collect account access credentials, billing information, and other details necessary to manage your services. This information is collected only as needed and handled with care.
Information collected automatically includes standard analytics data gathered by Google Analytics when you visit this site. This includes pages visited, time spent on the site, general location data (country and region level, not precise location), device and browser type, and how you arrived at the site. This data is aggregated and anonymous. We can’t identify you personally from Google Analytics data.
We don’t use cookies beyond those set by Google Analytics. We don’t run advertising pixels, retargeting scripts, or third-party tracking tools on this site.
How we use your information
We use the information you give us to respond to your inquiries, set up and manage your retainer services, communicate with you about your account, and send you reporting and updates related to the work we do for you.
We don’t use your information for any other purpose. We don’t send marketing emails to people who haven’t asked for them. We don’t add you to any list without your knowledge.
What we don’t do with your information
We don’t sell your personal information to anyone, ever. We don’t share your information with third parties except where strictly necessary to deliver your services. For example, if we are managing Google Ads on your behalf, we work within your Google account using access you grant us. We don’t transfer your data to data brokers, advertising networks, or marketing platforms.
How long we keep your information
We keep your information for as long as we’re working together and for a reasonable period afterward in case you have questions or return as a client. If you’d like us to delete your information, contact us at [email protected] and we’ll take care of it promptly.
Google Analytics
This site uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site. Google Analytics collects anonymized data about site usage and reports it in aggregate. Google may use this data in accordance with their own privacy policy, which you can read at policies.google.com/privacy.
You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking across all websites by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, available at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
Calendly
This site uses Calendly to allow visitors to book discovery calls. When you book a call through Calendly, you’re submitting information directly to Calendly’s platform. Calendly collects your name, email address, and any answers you provide to intake questions. That information is also shared with us so we can prepare for and follow up on your call.
Calendly operates under its own privacy policy, which governs how they store and handle your data. You can read Calendly’s full privacy policy at calendly.com/legal/privacy-notice.
The intake questions we ask through Calendly (your website URL, business type, goals, and budget range) are used solely to prepare for your discovery call. We don’t use this information for marketing purposes.
Your rights
You have the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, request that we correct inaccurate information, request that we delete your information, and withdraw consent for us to contact you at any time.
To exercise any of these rights, email us at [email protected]. We’ll respond promptly.
Changes to this policy
If we make meaningful changes to this policy we’ll update the date at the top of the page. We won’t change how we handle your data in any way that would surprise you. Our practices are simple and we intend to keep them that way.
